Joseph Williams, 19, of the 2100 block of Veterans Highway in Levittown is also facing charges. He has been charged with attempted criminal homicide and related crimes after police said he fired shots at a third man, identified as Jahmier Wilson, 23. Wilson fled the scene and has not been located. The Bucks County District Attorney's Office said investigators do not know whether he was wounded by the gunshots.

Authorities say the shots were fired after an argument involving Goddard's son.

Two bullets hit the residence, where at least five people were inside, including a 3-year-old child, Bucks County authorities said.

A surveillance camera obtained by authorities contained video that showed Williams going behind a home at 703 Winder Drive, where investigators found a revolver with spent shell casings in the cylinder in the woods behind the home. He was arrested nearby and arraigned Saturday morning.

Charges related to Ballard’s slaying are pending further investigation.
