Woman Facing Multiple Charges After Incident At The NAC
The woman, found passed out in her car at the NAC, was later hospitalized when police responded to her home for a domestic dispute.

A woman who police found passed out in her car at the Newtown Athletic Club was later hospitalized after officers were called to her home for a domestic disturbance, Newtown Township Police said Friday.
Police said they were called to the NAC around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday because a woman, later identified as Leslie Mortensen, 46, of Newtown, was passed out in her car in the parking lot. When officers made contact with her, a strong odor of an alcohol was "immediately" detected, police said.
Mortensen was transported to police headquarters and issued citations for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. She waited there for a ride home, police said.

But that would not be officers' last encounter with her that night.
Shortly before 2 a.m., police were called to her home on Armstrong Circle for a report of a domestic dispute in progress. Police said Mortensen had shoved a victim in the face.

Mortensen, outside the home, became "loud and boisterous" with officers, "attracting the attention of many neighbors," police said.
It was at that time that Mortensen began experiencing a medical condition, requiring the Newtown Ambulance Squad to respond, police said. She was transported and admitted to St Mary Medical Center.
Mortensen has been charged with disorderly conduct and harassment in connection with the domestic incident.
She was arraigned Thursday, and released on $25,000 unsecured bail. She was ordered to not have any adverse contact with the victim, police said.
