AM CAMP SESSIONS

Paint Your Own Path, Ages 5-8
Action painting, aerial view, hiking trails, highways and more will be done. Use tempera, acrylics and mixed media techniques.
Bring a smock on the first day.

African Safari Animals, Ages 9-12
Take an imaginary adventure on an African Safari and discover new animals. You'll learn facts about the animals, their environment and create works of art that represent the animals. Create a monkey puppet, a painted zebra collage, giraffe and elephant sculpture, and a painted lion collage.

Magic Garden, Ages 5-8
Have fun making accessories to personalize your outdoor space. We'll paint a wooden birdhouse, make a mosaic stepping stone and create a beautiful picture of a flower garden using pastels.

PM CAMP SESSIONS

Sculpture & Mobiles/Go Green!,  Ages 9-12
Using found & re-cycled materials, students will learn how to objects utilize them in a creative manner to make interesting sculptures and mobiles.  Awaken your imagination! Bring your collection of found and recycled materials on the first day.

Make Your Own Fashion Camp, Ages 10-14
Design an outfit! Drawing, basic sewing and creating outfits with accessories will be done during the week. Bring in jeans and a tee shirt that can be altered. Create your own fashion designs that can be worn during the summer.

The Possibilities of Collage, Ages 9-12
You may know that to create a collage is to glue down different materials. But this week you will learn that making a collage is making an artistic composition. We will look at the work of Henri Matisse, Kurt Schwitters and other famous collage artists. You will create a series of collages that are representational or simply design oriented and ultimately learn how to make a unified composition.
