Record Store Day celebrates the art of music. Special vinyl and cd releases and promotional items are made available this day to independent record stores. In addition to the specials we are celebrating with live music by local artists from 11 AM to 5 PM, co-ordinated by singer/songwriter Chelsea Mitchell. As an added attraction drawings will be held through out the day for gift certificates to the store and a grand prize of two hours of studio time at Newtown's own Cambridge Studio.
