Free Shredding And Toy Drive This Weekend In Newtown

A free shredding and toy drive will take place on Saturday, Oct. 15 in Newtown Township.

NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — State Senator Steve Santarsiero and State Rep. Perry Warren are teaming up with Toys for Tots to host a free contactless paper shredding event and toy drive on Saturday, Oct. 15.

The event takes place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Holy Family University, One Campus Drive, Newtown.

Shredding will be available for paper, checks, bills and manila folders. Staples and paper clips do not need to be removed. Don't bring phone books, books, newspapers or non-paper items to shred.
