A liquor license transfer hearing for a farm-to-table wine bar looking to open in Newtown Township has been delayed yet again.
The hearing was scheduled for Wednesday at the Newtown Township Board of Supervisors meeting but township officials confirmed the hearing has been delayed again.
Officials say some outstanding issues with the application must be addressed first.

Harvest Seasonal Grill and Wine Bar is looking to open in the Village at Newtown Shopping Center, which is planning a renovation and expansion.
If the transfer is approved, CEO Dave Magrogan tells Patch he's hoping to open in the fall, pending all approvals.

The 6,425 square-foot restaurant and bar will be located where Margiotti and Kroll Pediatrics formerly operated.
According to its website, Harvest Seasonal Grill and Wine Bar offers an under 500-calorie, seasonally changing, local farm-to-table menu, plus more than 50 wines by the glass, seasonal cocktails and local beer.
