NEWTOWN, PA — Legislation written by Council Rock students to make Hershey's Kisses the official candy of Pennsylvania passed the House of Representatives this past week. Meanwhile, a Council Rock School bus driver is being hailed a hero for his actions to safely evacuate students from a burning bus.
