WEATHER ALERT: Hour-By-Hour Forecast As New Jersey Braces For Black Ice, Record Lows

The National Weather Service has issued four weather alerts, saying a harsh arctic outbreak packed with tropical-storm-force gusts will continue Sunday, bringing the coldest temperatures since 2004.

Here is the hour-by-hour forecast for Bucks and Montgomery counties, from the National Weather Service:

• Sunday: Areas of blowing snow before 1 p.m. Partly sunny, with a high near 16. Windy, with a northwest wind 30 to 32 mph, with gusts as high as 55 mph.
• Sunday night: Partly cloudy, with a low around -1. Windy.
• Monday: Sunny, with a high near 20.
• Monday night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 11.
