WEATHER ALERT: Hour-By-Hour Forecast As New Jersey Braces For Black Ice, Record Lows
Watch for black ice as the NWS estimates wind and temperatures for Pa., with the region still dealing with tropical-storm wind gusts.

The National Weather Service has issued four weather alerts, saying a harsh arctic outbreak packed with tropical-storm-force gusts will continue Sunday, bringing the coldest temperatures since 2004.
Pay particularly close attention to Sunday night’s forecast.

Here is the hour-by-hour forecast for Bucks and Montgomery counties, from the National Weather Service:
- Sunday: Areas of blowing snow before 1 p.m. Partly sunny, with a high near 16. Windy, with a northwest wind 30 to 32 mph, with gusts as high as 55 mph.
- Sunday night: Partly cloudy, with a low around -1. Windy.
- Monday: Sunny, with a high near 20.
- Monday night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 11.
