​Iron Hill Introduces Limited-Time Sizzling Ribs And Chicken Menu

NEWTOWN, PA — Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant has introduced a new limited-time Gold Medal Ribs & Chicken Menu featuring scratch-made Vienna Red Lager Barbeque Sauce crafted with Iron Hill’s signature beer.

“On cold winter nights, nothing is better than gathering with friends and family to share a rich, comforting meal. That’s why we created our Ribs & Chicken Menu to offer hearty meals that pair
perfectly with our craft beer and will transport you to the sun-soaked barbecues of summer,” says Brendan Mullan, executive chef of Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant, which has a location at the Village at Newtown Shopping Center.

The menu features a full rack of barbecue baby back ribs ($28.95), a half rack of baby back ribs ($17.95), or the barbecue baby back ribs and chicken combo featuring a half rack of ribs and an herb-marinated grilled chicken breast ($21.95). Each is served with golden French fries and creamy cole slaw.

The menu items are not only crafted to pair with beer, but the brewery’s signature gold medal-winning Vienna Red Lager is the star ingredient in the barbecue sauce.

The Ribs and Chicken Menu is available at all Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant locations now through February 29.
