What an exciting time for all of us Eagles fans! It is so rare in our lifetime that we have been able to authentically celebrate such a great football team in a way that is truly joyous. Yes, we lost our star quarterback, but there is something about this team that has captivated us and made us believe, which is why Newtown (and the rest of the region) is so incredibly hyped for Super Sunday. When I walk into my daughters' schools, Chesterbrook Academy and Newtown Elementary, I admittedly get a bit choked up when I see the signs, streamers, and banners celebrating the Eagles. When my daughter excitedly comes home to share that she got to sing the Eagles Fight Song on the loudspeaker, my heart smiles. What a time!!

Whatever you are doing, take it all in. Opportunities like this don't come around very often around here, so grab your kids, plop in front of a TV somewhere, and get crazy!!!! E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!!!!!!!
