Breaking: A 41-year-old man is charged with groping three teens at Bucks County Target stores, including in Warrington and Langhorne.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Police have announced an arrest in connection with recent alleged incidents of groping at Target stores in Bucks County.
Scott Raila, 41, of Horsham has been charged with two counts of indecent assault, three counts of corruption of minors, and indecent assault of a victim under the age of 13. Police said he is accused of groping two teens at the Warrington store, and a third teen at the Target store in Langhorne.
The charges were filed less than a day after police said a 15-year-old girl reported she was groped at the Warrington Target store on Aug. 16. After reviewing surveillance footage from the store, Warrington police said they saw the suspect groping a second juvenile female.
