Medical Spa Approved For Expansion In Newtown Township

NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, Pa. — La Chelé Medical Aesthetics has received the go ahead to expand its current operations at the Village at Newtown Shopping Center on Eagle Road.

The Newtown Township Board of Supervisors in July granted conditional approval to the medical spa and laser center to expand its operations from 2,916 to 4,497 square feet.

The medical spa, located in a recently constructed building next to Wells Fargo Bank, will take over an adjacent 1,500 square foot space next to Playa Bowls that has never been occupied.

“The good news is that the business is thriving and needs the space,” land use attorney Ed Murphy told the supervisors.

La Chelé Medical Aesthetics, which specializes in non-surgical facial treatments, body contouring and spa treatments, was founded in 2007 by Lisa Cheley Espinoza, MD.

La Chelé is known for its cutting-edge non-surgical cosmetic treatments, state-of-the-art laser technology center, and its robust wellness center in which it offers Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy and its Lifestyle Medical Weight Loss Program.

The facility currently offers an Injectable Center, a Laser Center, a Body Contouring Center, a Medical Facials Center, a Wellness Center: Hormone Therapy & Weight Loss Medicine and a Men’s Center.
