New Cocktail Bar, Distillery On State Street Pushes Back Opening

The opening of Triple Sun Spirits, an upscale cocktail bar in Newtown Borough, has been postponed until next week, Bar Manager Emily Funk tells Patch. The "ultra-premium small batch distillery" will be located on South State Street.

Updates on the opening date will be shared via Triple Sun Spirits Facebook page, Funk said. You can also check back with Patch for updates are we receive them.

Triple Sun, which has a location in Emmaus, produces ultra premium rums, whiskeys and gins. It also offers special release collaborations with breweries, meaderies, cideries and wineries.

The tasting room at 126 South State Street will featuring handmade cocktails and local wine, beer, cider and mead with a focus on its own line of hand crafted small-batch spirits.
