Individually themed art camp weeks for young artists. Morning activities&nbsp;will vary, with a different focus each day. The celebration kicks off on July 3 with a full day of immersive history in New Hope and Lambertville. Actors portraying George Washington, Ben Franklin, Admiral DeGrasse, General Knox, and Martha Washington bring the Revolution to life through educational discussions and Q&amp;A sessions throughout the day. Roxey Ballet performs "NJ Ballad," a stunning re-enactment of Washington's Crossing and the road to victory at Trenton (2 shows: 3:45 and 8:30pm).Live music all day, including Music Mountain Theater performing "Stars &amp; Stripes" patriotic favorites and the HopeWell Band. At 9 pm, the night ends with a spectacular show over the river: fireworks launched from two boats PLUS a 200-drone light show synchronized to patriotic music. 
On Saturday, July 4, the celebration moves to the New Hope American Legion parking lot for a full afternoon and evening of live music under a tent, with a revolutionary-themed cash bar and tavern atmosphere. The afternoon begins at 3 pm.&nbsp;Concert admission: $10 per person. 
The event concludes with a grand finale. At 10 a.m. a "Freedom Parade" begins at the New Hope American Legion lot and crosses the bridge into Lambertville. At 11:30 a.m., a Relentless Dragon Boat Race will take place on the river with teams representing America and Great Britain. There will also be a dramatic reading of the Declaration of Independence on both sides of the river, with Mayors and dignitaries sharing the honors. At 12 p.m., Simultaneous Bell Ringing across both sides of the river marks the close of America's 250th Birthday weekend.Singers from Playhouse and Music Mountain Theatre close the celebration with a rousing performance of "God Bless America" from both riverbanks.

The Yardley Historical Association has 105 rubber duckies ready to float out on Lake Afton bearing your wishes for the future.&nbsp; They can be wishes for Yardley, America, the Earth, the Universe, or you. You can write your wishes right on your duck (markers will be on hand) or write a longer message on paper and tie it around your duck's neck (we'll have those supplies, too.) When your duck is ready, you&nbsp; can place it in the Lake.&nbsp; Your wish afloat.A canoeist will be on the water in case some herding is needed and will, of course gather the ducks at the end of the event.&nbsp; Polluting Lake Afton with plastic ducks is not our wish. This July, join us for a special sermon series exploring the lives and faith of four influential figures from America's founding era: George Washington, Benjamin Rush, Abigail Adams, and John Witherspoon.
While these leaders came from different backgrounds and held different roles, each wrestled with how faith, character, and conviction could shape public life. Their stories remind us that faith has long inspired people to serve their communities, pursue the common good, and lead with courage during times of uncertainty.
As we reflect on their lives, we will also consider an important question for our own time: How is God forming us today to be faithful leaders, neighbors, and citizens? Whether in our homes, workplaces, schools, churches, or communities, God continues to call ordinary people to live out their faith in meaningful ways.
