Newtown Easter Egg Hunt Postponed Due To Snow
Newtown's annual Easter Egg Hunt, originally scheduled for March 24, has been pushed back a week due to the snow.

Newtown's annual Easter Egg Hunt, originally scheduled for March 24, has been pushed back a week due to the snow.
The Newtown Business Association will now hold its Easter Egg Hunt on March 31. It will be held at Goodnoe Elementary School, 298 Frost Lane. This is a rain or shine event that starts at 8:30 a.m. with a meet and greet with the Easter Bunny.
Then at 9 a.m. sharp, the egg hunt begins.

"Children of all ages can join the Easter Bunny on a fun filled egg hunt. NBA members will donate over 500 prizes in addition to the candy filled eggs; plastic eggs donated by First National Bank & Trust of Newtown," according to an event announcement.
Children will be divided into different age groups during the hunt. An adult and grandparent egg hunt will also be held.
