Newtown Halloween Parade Is Saturday, Road Closures Planned
Who's looking forward to this year's Halloween Parade in Newtown?

NEWTOWN, PA — This weekend is the highly-anticipated Newtown Halloween Parade. And even if you're not participating, you should be aware of the associated road closures. The parade, which begins at 10 a.m. at The Stocking Works (registration starts at 9 a.m.) will close a portion of South State Street.
Starting at 10 a.m., South State Street will be closed from Barclay Street to Jefferson Street. The parade will proceed down State Street to the Historic Newtown Theater for awards and entertainment.
Expect delays or use alternate route during the parade, police recommend.
