Newtown Halloween Parade Winners

NEWTOWN, PA — Rain didn't stop the Halloween fun in Newtown over the weekend. The annual parade was moved indoors, and the event was still a success as always.

There were some fun costumes, but judges were able to narrow down the winners. Here they are:
