Newtown Market Day 2018: What To Know
The annual Newtown Market Day, bringing farmers, artisans, and colonial-era activities to downtown is just days away. Here's what to know.

NEWTOWN, PA — Each October, Newtown celebrates the tidings of the fall season and harvest with the annual Market Day, bringing together dozens of crafters, artisans, and other vendors.
The 2018 event will take place on Saturday, Oct. 6 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It's the 41st year the celebration has been held.
In addition to vendors and offerings from local artisans and artists, there will also be colonial-era demonstrations, reenactments, and other activities. The event is family friendly, and there is plenty to keep children of all ages busy.

The Stocking Works, located on 301 S. State Street, has a free lot, as does 105 Court Street. There are also two municipal lots behind the Starbucks and the First National Bank of Newtown.
