Lisa Li of West Windsor, NJ, head of the children’s Simple Supper Committee, said, “The young children and teenagers are wonderful! We always receive plenty of compliments about their service. Last year, they served over 130 meals and raised $1,076 from generous donors for their charity. It’s a great opportunity for our kids to learn about charitable giving, contribute to the community, and have a great time doing it.”
