Newtown Twp Police Seeking Suspected Wallet Thief

NEWTOWN, PA — Police in Newtown Township are trying to identify a man they said stole a wallet from a vehicle at the Goodnoe's Corner shopping plaza Monday afternoon.

The victim told police that an unknown person had stolen a wallet containing $200, credit cards and other forms of identification from their unlocked truck.

Video surveillance was obtained by police. The video shows man going into the victim's truck, taking the wallet. The suspect is described as wearing a black baseball hat, a white Nike t-shirt and gray shorts. He was last seen in the area of the Penn Community Bank on N. Sycamore Street.
