Dailey has almost 30 years of administrative and teaching experience and comes to Council
Rock by way of Father Judge High School. His experience includes supervising teachers, oversight of the student assistance program and emergency action plan coordinator.

"This is a great honor to be here tonight," said Dailey. "It's something that I really never dreamed of. For almost 30 years I've devoted myself to education for the health and well being of our students and I will continue to do that for Council Rock South."

Marcinkowski holds a Master’s degree from Delaware Valley University and a bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s University. He most recently worked in Council Rock's ACHIEVE program serving as a transition teacher with responsibilities in implementing IEP’s, job coaching, and supporting ACHIEVE students.

Marcinkowski thanked retired director of special services Dr. Charles Lambert and retired supervisor of special education Becky O'Hara "who taught me how to be a leader and gave me a bar to strive for that I will always be working towards. Thank you to our Council Rock students, families and teachers for allowing me to work with you and letting me serve you."

Binda-Rischow comes to Council Rock with a degree in architectural engineering from
Drexel University. Most recently she was the capital projects coordinator for the Central Bucks School District where she managed the district’s design, procurement and construction. She has
considerable construction experience in the School District of Philadelphia and with Temple University.

In other news, Superintendent Andy Sanko joined the school board in recognizing longtime solicitor, Rob Cox, who will be deploying overseas shortly for a nine-month stint as a Major in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps.

Retired director of special services Dr. Charles Lambert presented Cox with letters written by Council Rock students and some treats that he can share with his fellow soldiers.

"Rob, we wish you all the best and look forward to your safe return," said Sanko.

"I'm deeply moved and humbled by this," said Cox after receiving a standing ovation from the board. "I'm moved to have these gifts delivered by my old friend Dr. Lambert who has taught me far more than I can even express. It's an honor.

"I'm headed overseas for nine months. It's a real privilege to serve this great nation that we have in uniform," continued Cox. "There are others who will have far more dangerous jobs and more difficult locations than I will have, but it's still a privilege to serve in uniform.

"I'm somewhat speechless," said Cox. "And I'd just like to thank all of you for your support. It's been an honor for me to work for this school district. It's a real point of pride in my professional life. I hope my commitment and the work that I have put in reflects how important it is to me over the years. It's been a rough three years to be on a school board, to be an administrator, to be a teacher, to be a support staff member, but you're all rowing a very important boat in the same direction. And it's been an honor to work with all of you."
