This will be Bobby Chez’s first store in Pennsylvania and in Bucks County. Its four other retail locations are in Cherry Hill, Collingswood, Washington Township/Sewell and Delran, New Jersey.
The stores are unlike any other "to go" concept around, according to the company's website. They feature a variety of gourmet prepared seafood specialties and side dishes made fresh daily.

Seafood is purchased fresh from the seafood market every morning and nothing sold is more than one day old. Each day the freshly-prepared food is trucked out to each location.
Bobby’s sells partially-cooked seafood and gives each customer reheating instructions to finish their meal at home. Each store also serves fully/cooked food for takeout or eat in.
The first Bobby Chez store opened in 1997 in Voorhees, NJ. The store's signature Jumbo Lump Crabcake quickly became famous winning multiple state and regional awards. Twenty years later, sales volume has leapt to about 30,000 crab cakes sold per week.
“We have won many ‘Best Of’ awards both nationally and regionally and are proud to bring the Bobby Chez name to Newtown,” wrote Bobby’s on Facebook. “Stay tuned for a firm date … we are working hard to get open very soon. Our owner/operator in Newtown is Keith Schultz and both he and his wife Andrea are excited to meet you!”
FP Movement
Active lifestyle brand FP Movement, which is owned by Philadelphia-based Urban Outfitters, will open in a 2,600 square foot space between lululemon Pop Up and the new Ardana’s Food and Drink.

Coming Soon
The Paper Source has also leased space at the shopping center anchored by McCaffrey’s Market, Ulta Beauty, Harvest Seasonal Grill and Iron House Brewery.
The stationary chain is coming soon to a 1,000 square foot space between Chopped and Ulta. The store sells greeting cards, invitations and paper goods.
The first Paper Source opened in 1983 in Chicago, Illinois, as an elegant showroom for handcrafted paper from around the world. The company now has more than 200 employees in the Chicagoland area with 129 stores across 25 states.
Founder Sue Lindstrom traveled the world and discovered countless artisanal paper treasures. She studied the craftsmanship and curated her own collection, bringing the treasures back to the community of artists and customers who visited her family-owned store. It was a natural pursuit that turned out to be something greater— a connected community of creators. This community fostered a lifestyle that brings out the creativity in everyone.
“Walk into any one of the Paper Source stores to see this heritage made modern. We hope we can be the happy place for your creative spirit,” reads the company’s website.
The store’s logo incorporates a paper wasp, which chews tree bark and leaves to build its beautiful, delicate nests. “Much like this creative creature, nature’s original paper maker, the Paper Source believes that paper can create extraordinary things.”
The Paper Source puts the environment first, focusing on sustainability and social responsibility while upholding a commitment to the exceptional, premium quality its customers have come to expect.
The store will be its first in Bucks County with nearby locations in Princeton, Philadelphia, Ardmore and Paoli.
