Unsafe Dairy, Poultry Delivered To Five Bucks County Locations: State Police
"The Department of Agriculture is following up at these locations to ensure the delivered food is safe," Pennsylvania State Police said.

Pennsylvania State Police say they stopped a commercial vehicle that had just delivered poultry and dairy products held at unsafe temperatures to five Bucks County locations.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, the food was being held at a temperature much higher than allowed by state law. State Police did not name the locations where the food was delivered.
“The driver had already made food and milk deliveries at five different locations in Bucks County. The Department of Agriculture is following up at these locations to ensure the delivered food is safe,” Pennsylvania State Police said.

After the driver was stopped, five cases of chicken and one case of butter were destroyed by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, Pennsylvania State Police said.
Investigators determined the truck’s refrigeration unit had not been functioning properly.
