Warrant Issued For Woman Charged In Newtown Twp Theft Case
A warrant has been issued for a 37-year-old woman who did not show up for her court hearing in connection with a Newtown Twp theft case.
NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — A warrant has been issued for a 37-year-old Philadelphia woman who did not show up for her court hearing in connection with a theft case in Newtown Township.
Police are seeking Heather Marie Benningfield. Authorities said Benningfield did not appear for her preliminary hearing on Jan. 28. Benningfield is charged in connection with thefts at a Newtown Township construction site in October.
