Women Stole 30 Pairs Of Jeans From The Gap In Newtown: Police

Newtown Twp Police said same women reportedly conducted a similar theft later in the day at another Gap in Bucks County.

NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Newtown Township are seeking two women who allegedly stole 30 pairs of jeans from the local Gap store.

According to police, the theft was reported Friday, March 1. Officers responded to the store on West Road, where employees said that two women came into the store carrying nothing, but left with full bags without paying.

Authorities determined the women stole 30 pairs of girls jeans valued at $40 each. The total value of the stolen merchandise was reported as being $1,200.
