Wreaths Across America - December 15, 2018

Wreaths Across America started over 20 yrs ago. Each December a wreath is laid on the grave of a Veteran at over 1200 cemeteries worldwide. Last year over 1,500,000 wreaths were laid. Washington Crossing National Cemetery participates in this project. All wreaths are provided through donations from people who want to remember, honor and say thank you to our Veterans. Please help.

This year the event is on December 15. Donations are needed now or we will not have enough wreaths to honor each Veteran buried at Washington Crossing. Each wreath costs $15 -- but any amount is appreciated. Donations can be made online at http://www.wreathsacrossamerica.org/PA0250

This link will take you to the Friends of Washington Crossing page. Click “sponsor wreaths” and all orders from this page will be for wreaths at Washington Crossing National Cemetery.

The deadline for online donations is December 3.

Checks can be mailed to Friends of Washington Crossing PO Box 343 Newtown, PA 18940. Checks should be made out to Wreaths Across America. Checks must be received no later than Nov. 30 for the donation to be credited to this year's event.

Please indicate if you wish the wreath to be placed on a specific gravesite at Washington Crossing - include the name of the deceased veteran and section/site. If no indication is made, the wreath will be placed on the grave of a Veteran who might not otherwise receive a wreath.
