7 Free Montco Hazardous Waste Disposal Events Scheduled In 2020
Numerous free hazardous waste disposal events are scheduled in Montco this year. Here's what's allowed, and what's not.
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — Seven free household hazardous waste events are scheduled for 2020.
Events will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on each of the following dates:
- Saturday, April 25, Boyertown Middle School East, Gilbertsville
- Saturday, May 2, Indian Valley Middle School, Harleysville
- Saturday, May 16, Temple University-Ambler Campus, Ambler
- Saturday, June 13, Norristown Area High School, Norristown
- Saturday, June 20, Abington Junior High School, Abington
- Saturday, Sept. 26, Spring-Ford 9th Grade Center, Royersford
- Sunday, Oct. 25, Lower Merion Transfer Station, Penn Valley
Attendees should stay in their cars for safety reasons and unlock their trunk or doors for staff to remove waste items.
