NORRISTOWN, PA — Bill Cosby's neverending legal saga continues, as the comedian has filed a new appeal challenging his 2018 conviction on charges that he drugged and sexually assaulted a woman inside his Montgomery County home.

Cosby's new, quite lengthy appeal, which was delivered to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania Tuesday afternoon in four large filing boxes, challenges the legality of the testimony given in his trial by other women who accused him of similar crimes.

The appeal claims that those women should not have been allowed to testify because their allegations were not similar to the allegations of Andrea Constand, the woman who brought Cosby to criminal trial.

In an opinion backing up his sentencing recommendation of three to 10 years, Judge Steven T. O'Neill argued just the opposite, calling the similarities between the allegations of different women "chilling."

"This is a beautiful day and it’s delicious," Cosby said on his social media platforms Tuesday afternoon. "You’re seeing it as it was described to me by Mrs. Cosby — a photo showing the “Wheels Of Justice” delivering my appeal to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania."

Cosby has refused to accept his conviction and jail sentence, and has attempted to remain in the public eye, most recently tweeting out Father's Day dispatches in which he referred to himself by his old, pre-sex abuse allegations moniker, "America's Dad."

Just in April, Cosby put forth his last effort to get out of jail, arguing that because O'Neill had not just issued his opinion on the sentencing, he should be put out on bail. That appeal was denied.

Cosby is currently serving out his jail sentence at SCI Phoenix in Montgomery County.
