Free Lunches For Norristown Students During Coronavirus Closure
Norristown Area School District children can receive free grab and go lunches during the coronavirus shut down.
NORRISTOWN, PA — Norristown Area School District children can receive free grab and go lunches during the coronavirus shut down, the district announced.
The free lunches are available for any children age 18 and under. The program will take place twice, on Wednesday March 18, and Wednesday, March 25, officials said.

Each bag will contain 10 meals for the week, including five breakfasts and five lunches.
Pickup will available on those dates at Gotwals Elementary and the high school beginning at 9:30 a.m.

A child must be present in order for meals to be provided. Meals must be consumed off-site.
Gov. Wolf ordered all schools in Pennsylvania closed through at least March 27 in order to curb the spread of the virus.
