KOP Man Sexually Abused Young Girl On Carnival Ride: Cops
A King of Prussia man and carnival worker has been arrested after police said he sexually abused a 7-year-old girl on the carousel.

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — A local man working at a carnival in New York has been arrested for sexually abusing a young girl on a carousel, authorities said.
The incident occurred at the traveling Dreamland Amusements Carnival on Long Island at around 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5.
Louis Shelton, 50, of King of Prussia, was buckling a young girl into the ride when he began touching her inappropriately, according to Suffolk County police.

The victim's family was there, and there were other witnesses to the scene, police said.
Shelton faces charges of sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

A preliminary hearing is set for June 11.
