Man 'Most Wanted' In Montgomery Co. For Kidnapping, Rape: Sheriff

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — A Montgomery County man has landed on the Sheriff's Office most wanted criminals list for an array of kidnapping and rape charges.

Darnell H. Penn, also known as Darnell Brown, has three last known addresses, all in Philadelphia: the 4000 block of Gypsy Lane, the unit block of Dewey Street, and the 6500 block of Beechwood Street.

He's wanted on one active warrant.

Charges include kidnapping of a minor facilitate felony/flight, rape forcible compulsion, sexual assault, child pornography, corruption of minors, and numerous other counts.
