Man 'Most Wanted' For Rape, Kidnapping Charges: Montco Sheriff

NORRISTOWN, PA — The Montgomery County Sheriff's office is hunting for a man who has landed on the most wanted list for rape, kidnapping of a minor, and related charges.

Darnell Penn, 37, of Philadelphia, also faces charges of child pornography, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, and related counts.

Penn also goes by the name of Darnell Brown.

His last known addresses in Philadelphia are the 4000 block of Gypsy Lane, the unit block of N. Dewey Street, and the 6500 block of Beechwood Street.

Authorities said he could be living in New Jersey.
