MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — A Montgomery County-based doctor has been charged by the U.S. Attorney for operating a prescription "pill mill," illegally selling opioids to patients.

The doctor saw about 45 "patients" per day, who lined up at the back door of his East Norriton office, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
