Montco Town Hall To Address Mail-In Ballots, Poll Worker Shortage

Local officials seek to clarify mail-in balloting concerns, while also pressing for urgently needed poll workers ahead of the election.

NORRISTOWN, PA — A telephone town hall event aimed at providing Montgomery County voters with answers about the upcoming election is coming up.

The event will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 28 at 6 p.m.

Panelists will "answer your questions regarding voter registration, applying for an absentee or mail-in ballot, becoming a poll worker, and more," the county said. "Your county leaders will also give an overview of important dates and information every Montgomery County voter should know ahead of the November 8th election."

Panelists will include Montgomery County Election Chair Ken Lawrence, Chief Clerk Lee Soltysiak, and Director of Elections Dori Sawyer.

Topics will include voter registration, applying for mail-in ballots, becoming a poll worker, and more.
