Montgomery Co. Teen Shot In Philadelphia: Police
A 14-year-old local girl was reportedly shot in the face on Monday.
PHILADELPHIA, PA — A 14-year-old Montgomery County girl was shot in the face Monday morning while visiting friends at a home in the Rhawnhurst neighborhood, according to reports. Police said they believe the kids were playing with a gun, and numerous firearms were found inside.
The victim is stabilized at a local hospital, but will need surgery, CBS3 reports.
Reports stated she was from Montgomery County, but did not clarify exactly where.

The shooting occurred around 10:30 a.m.
Several teens were taken into custody for questioning, according to reports.
