Norristown Man Threatened To Kill Probation Officer: Sheriff

The wanted man threatened to kill his probation officer and their family, authorities said. He's also wanted for two DUIs.

NORRISTOWN, PA — A local man has landed on the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office most wanted list after threatening to kill a probation officer and their family.

Francis Stephen Bills, 37, is wanted on three active warrants.

He faces charges for the threats in Whitpain Township, as well as two separate DUI cases, the sheriff's office said.

He has recent residences around Montgomery County, including the 1600 block of Landis Road in Norristown, the unit block of West 3rd Street in Lansdale, and the 300 block of Chestnut Street in Pottstown.
