Norristown Snow Updates: Snow Emergency In Effect At 2 P.M.
Nor'easter number four has arrived in Norristown. Here's what you should know.

NORRISTOWN, PA — Nor'easter number four has arrived in Norristown, and it looks to be a big one. Anywhere from 12 to 18 inches of snow could hit the Montgomery County area through Wednesday night, with the heaviest snow coming in the middle of the day.
A snow emergency will go into effect in Norristown at 2 p.m. Wednesday for an indefinite period of time. Snow emergency routes must be cleared of parked vehicles to allow plows to come through.

- Officials are urging residents to keep off the roads unless absolutely necessary.
