Even after the officer told Leh he was only 14 years old, Leh continued the sexual conversation, and said he wanted to have oral sex with the child, according to a criminal complaint.

On Jan. 24, officers arranged for Leh to meet up with the "child" at a location in Eagleville. When Leh arrived, wearing his corrections officer uniform, they took him into custody.
