Medical Marijuana For Anxiety Approved In PA
Anxiety and Tourette's syndrome have been added to the list of conditions approved for a medical marijuana prescription in Pennsylvania.
Residents in Pennsylvania can now be prescribed medical marijuana for a range of new conditions including anxiety and Tourette's syndrome, the state announced on Thursday.
The new regulations will go into place no later than July 20, according to Pennsylvania's Secretary of Health, Dr. Rachel Levine.
The announcement comes following a February recommendation of approval by the Medical Marijuana Advisory Board.
