There really is a special day for everything, isn't there? This would have to be one of my favorites: today is “Open That Bottle Night.” So dust off that bottle of Lafite Rothschild and uncork it.

This nationally-observed day is a great reason to drink that special something, or maybe with that special someone. Have you been saving a unique label? Now’s the time to enjoy it.
