Suspect ID'd In Norristown Home Invasion, Murder: DA
The third suspect in a brutal January home invasion and murder in Norristown has been identified, police said.

NORRISTOWN, PA — A man is wanted for murder in Norristown following the shooting death of a man inside his home back in January, authorities announced on Tuesday.
Russell Montalvo-Fernandez, 38, who has a last known address of North Sixth Street in Philadelphia, has been charged with first-degree murder for the death of 66-year-old Ralph Williams and the shooting of his 21-year-old son.
The warrant comes following a Grand Jury investigation that links Montalvo-Fernandez to two other men, Justin Mitchell, 30, and Henry Diaz-Ayala, 39, who have already been arrested and charged for the murder and robbery.

Surveillance footage showed a Chevrolet Impala driving on Maple Alley without headlights and parking behind the home of Williams. Three men get out of the vehicle, police said.
According to Grand Jury testimony from Mitchell, the trio planned to rob money or drugs from the home.
The trio forced open the kitchen door and held-up Williams and his son. A struggle ensued, in which Diaz-Ayala was stabbed and seriously injured, and the group fled with a black and white Foot Locker bag, according to the Grand Jury presentment.
Williams' son was shot in the leg and buttocks, but survived.
Williams was found dead from multiple gunshot and stab wounds, as well as blunt impact to his head, according to the coroner's report.
Officials said that a 911 call was made by Williams' son, and a few minutes after that, surveillance footage shows the Impala driving away, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
Diaz-Ayala was driven to Temple University 30 minutes later by Montalvo-Fernandez, where he was treated for stab wounds, officials said.
Police said Montalvo-Fernandez is considered armed and dangerous, and they're asking for the public's help in tracking him down. If you have any information, contact Norristown Police at 610-270-0977 or Montgomery County Detectives at 610-278-3368.
