Upper Merion Bank Robber Arrested In Philadelphia: Cops
A man wanted for several bank robberies, including one in Upper Merion, has been arrested, police said.

UPPER MERION, PA — A man who robbed several area banks, including one in Upper Merion, has been arrested in Philadelphia, police said.
Michael Edmondson, 50, of Philadelphia, also robbed banks in Havertown and Bensalem, according to authorities.
Police said he hit the Wells Fargo Bank at 594 West Dekalb Pike back on Feb. 27.

He faces charges of robbery, theft, and simple assault.
Edmondson is being held on 10 percent of $200,000 bail in Philadelphia and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on March 26.
