West Conshohocken Police Get K9 Officer Emergency Care Kits

Police in the township now have tools to help their K9 partners in the event of the K9 officers being injuring in the line of duty.

WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, PA – Police officers who are part of a K9 unit bond with their dogs in a way that few people can understand. Luckily, police in West Conshohocken now have some more peace of mind regarding their K9's health and safety thanks to Narberth Ambulance.

West Conshohocken Police got Police Canine Emergency Care Kits courtesy of Narberth Ambulance Paramedic Scott Kramer recently, according to Narberth Ambulance.

The kits include important items for K9 safety and trauma care such as bandaging, a pet oxygen mask, various medications, muzzles, and more.

Kramer assembled the kits and distributed them to West Conshohocken Police, as well as Lower Merion Township Police, according to Narberth Ambulance.

The kits are a follow up to the recent Canine Emergency Care Training class that was held in October, Narberth Ambulance said.
