Summer Art Camp at Tyler Park Center for the Arts
Drawing & Sculpture Skills Week
This week builds real art skills—but in a relaxed, confidence-boosting way. Campers learn how to draw what they see and sculpt what they imagine, with tons of creative freedom. By Friday, everyone has drawings and sculptures that look incredible and unique.
Morning Studio Projects
- Contour line animal drawing
- Value & shading still life
- Experimental flower acrylic still life

Ceramic Project
- Ceramic house lantern (cut-out windows, textures, candle insert)
- Monday – Friday (9:30am to 3:00pm)* | Multi-media Mornings/Pottery Afternoons

Ages 8-16 Individual art-intensive weeks for aspiring young artists. Morning activities will vary, with a different focus each day. Afternoons will be spent playing with clay at Earth Center Pottery, where campers can explore wheel throwing, hand-building, and glazing in our pottery studio. Sessions are divided into two groups of 10 campers. A 30-minute lunch break will be provided—bring a bagged lunch with a drink. *Please note that there are no early drop-offs. - Register Today!
