Monday – Friday (9:30am to 3:00pm)* | Multi-media Mornings/Pottery Afternoons $425/week (materials fee included) | <a href="https://tylerparkarts.org/membership/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">10% off with TPCA family membership</a> Ages 8-16
Individually themed art camp weeks for young artists. Morning activities&nbsp;will vary, with a different focus each day. Afternoons will be spent playing with clay at&nbsp;<a href="https://earthcenterpottery.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Earth Center Pottery</a>, where campers can explore wheel throwing, hand-building, and glazing in our pottery studio. Sessions are divided into two groups of 10 campers. A 30-minute lunch break will be provided—bring a bagged lunch with a drink.

Get ready to play, explore, splash, and invent! This week is all about trying unexpected materials, discovering wild textures, and making art that breaks all the rules. Kids experiment like real artists—messy, curious, and full of surprises.
Morning Studio Projects
<ul><li>Bubble paint prints with layered colors</li><li>Ink-blown trees + marker details</li><li>Experimental textured abstracts (salt, sponges, plastic wrap)</li><li>And many more!</li></ul>
Ceramic Project

WEEK 2: August 3-7, 2026&nbsp; &nbsp;Summer Art Camp at Tyler Park Center for the Arts<h2>Drawing &amp; Sculpture Skills Week</h2>
This week builds real art skills—but in a relaxed, confidence-boosting way. Campers learn how to draw what they see and sculpt what they imagine, with tons of creative freedom. By Friday, everyone has drawings and sculptures that look incredible and unique.
Morning Studio Projects

<h2>Nature Makers Week!</h2>
We bring the outside inside-leaves, flowers, feathers, textures, and natural colors. Kids make art inspired by forests, oceans, rivers, and animals, exploring how nature creates patterns everywhere. This is a calming, beautiful week full of earthy color and texture.
Morning Studio Projects
<ul><li>Leaf print watercolors</li><li>Nature collage boards</li><li>Watercolor birds or butterflies</li><li>And many more!</li></ul>
Ceramic Project
<ul><li>Ceramic vase (pressed leaves optional, texture tools, coil or slab-built)</li><li>Plus 3-5 pottery wheel projects this week</li></ul>

Trash becomes treasure in this creative, eco-friendly week! Kids learn how to turn everyday materials—cardboard, paper, bottles, fabric, and scraps into awesome new artworks. It’s imaginative, resourceful, and all about seeing the world in a new way.
Morning Studio Projects
