Parents of daughters who are interested in becoming Girl Scouts or who would like to find out more about Girl Scouting are welcome and encouraged to stop in for information and registration (annual registration fee is $12/person).
An informative presentation about Girl Scouting will take place from 7-7:15, followed by a brief Q&A and registration. There will be activities for girls to do, but girls are not required to be in attendance.
Girl Scouts of the United States of America will celebrate its 100-year anniversary in 2012, and its mission is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. Girl Scout programs are available for girls in kindergarten through high school.
