"Make a mother's day- help her baby!" The Greater Philadelphia Diaper Bank will hold its Spring Diaper Drive May 1st-31st. The Diaper Bank is a non-profit that distributes diapers to homeless shelters, food banks, family service agencies, and faith based organizations. There is a "hole" in the safety net.
