Through the assistance the VFW’s Sport Clips Help A Hero Scholarships provide, active-duty U.S. service members and veterans are able to pursue the education and training they need to begin the next chapter of their lives. In addition, Help A Hero provides funds for calling cards for active duty military personnel stationed abroad. On Veteran’s Day, November 14, Sport Clips will offer free haircuts to veterans as well as donate $1 from each haircut service to Help A Hero.
