Holland Woman Arrested For Heroin Possession, Police Say
Carolyn DiJoseph, 35, was arrested for possession of heroin on April 18. A passenger in her car was also found with 74 bags of heroin.

WARMINSTER, PA -- Two people, including a woman from Holland, were arrested in Warminster earlier this month after police say they found them in possession of heroin in a car parked on York Road. Police say 25-year-old Carl Fisher, the passenger in the car, had approximately 74 bags of heroin in his possession. The driver, Carolyn DiJoseph, 35, of Holland was also arrested for possession of heroin.
Fisher and DiJoseph were arrested after officers responded to the 600 block of York Road around 4:30 p.m. on April 18 for a report of a vehicle driving erratically on Street Road.
The responding officers located the vehicle, which was found parked. In addition to being in possession of heroin, Fisher was found to be under the influence of heroin.

Officers discovered Fisher had outstanding warrants for previous drug-related arrests, including in June 2016, when police said he was found injecting heroin in a parked car on York Road.
In January, Warminster officers said they found Fisher in a car in a business parking lot on Street Road with more than 140 bags of heroin and pills. And on April 1, Fisher was found in possession of numerous bags of heroin and pill, police said.
