​Northampton To Dedicate 2 New Fire Stations On Saturday

The public is invited to a grand opening celebration and open house event at the township's three fire stations.

RICHBORO, PA — Northampton Township will dedicate its two new state-of-the-art fire stations on Saturday, October 19 and the public is invited to attend.

The day will kick off with ceremonies at Station 73 (451 East Holland Road) at 9 a.m. followed at 9:45 a.m. with the dedication of Station 3 at 3 Township Road across from the Giant.

Guest speakers will include U.S. Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick, State Senator Frank Farry and State Reps. Kristin Marcell and Joe Hogan. A representative from the Pennsylvania State Fire Commissioner's Office is also expected to attend.

Following the ceremonies, all three stations, including Station 83 at 283 Hatboro Road, Churchville, will host open houses from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The events will feature tours of the stations, meet-and-greets with the township's firefighters and emergency medical staff, and opportunities for the community to learn more about fire prevention. There will also be fun activities for the kids, light refreshments, and speeches by local officials.

"Join us as we celebrate the bravery and commitment of our local first responders and experience firsthand the facilities that help keep our community safe," said event organizers.
